Our property agency in Neumünster was founded back in the 1960s by Emmi Lorenzen, Martin Lorenzen’s grandmother (nicknamed ‘Grandma Lutz’). While she and later her son Lorenz Lorenzen ran the agency as a ‘one-man business’, the third generation around Martin Lorenzen began to carefully expand the small family business and develop it into the competent and sustainable property service provider it is today, which is known throughout the region. Together with the employees, the dynamic development in Neumünster and Hamburg continues and healthy growth is ensured. In addition to its property office in Neumünster, Immobilien Lorenzen GmbH & Co. KG opened an office in Hamburg a few years ago.
We take into account the increasingly complex requirements of the property industry. Since 5 February 2021, we have been the only real estate agency certified according to DIN EN 15733 for brokerage services with headquarters in Neumünster. With degrees from the Centre for Real Estate Studies (CRES) of the German Real Estate Academy (DIA), we also meet the highest standards in employee qualification. As a purely owner-managed family business, our name stands for the concept of sustainability, which is our guiding principle when working with our clients and looking after their properties.
A lot has changed over the last few decades. ‘Lorenz Lorenzen’ became the current “Immobilien Lorenzen” as a registered trademark. However, the family character of the company has remained constant throughout all the changes and has remained tangible for customers and employees – in Neumünster, throughout Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg.
