TESTING AND EVALUATION
All properties on offer have been thoroughly inspected by us. Thanks to our experience, we can assess defects and renovation costs and evaluate the price fairly and professionally.
INSPECTION AND DECISION
You will receive an informative exposé from us. If you are interested, we will visit the property with you. Once you have decided in favour of the property, we will conduct all further negotiations with the seller. If you wish, we can support you in your search for a financing partner.
CONTRACT PREPARATION
After signing the reservation agreement, we have the legally secure contract drawn up by a notary, discuss it in detail with all parties and then arrange the notarisation appointment with the notary.
TRANSFER
We accompany the handover together with you and the seller. You will receive all the keys and documents relating to the property. We draw up a handover report in which the current condition and all meter readings are recorded. You will need these for re-registration with the utility providers.
