After Philipp Lorenzen successfully completed his Bachelor’s degree in the dual study program at his parents’ company, he has now also been able to complete an equally successful Master’s degree program as a dual student at ISM in Hamburg. His master’s thesis ”AI-supported process optimization in real estate management” was rated ”very good”. Immobilien Lorenzen is very proud of Philipp.

Happy tenants are looking forward to moving in on January 1, 2024. There are now only a few apartments left in this excellently equipped residential complex at Elchkamp 5-7 in Norderstedt

After Immobilien Lorenzen was able to sell Parkstr. 26 and Christianstr. 20 to an investor last fall, an opportunity arose to occupy a modern office space in the medical center, which has been under the management of Immobilien Lorenzen since 1994.

Historically, it is worth mentioning that the nucleus of the company Immobilien Lorenzen, i.e. the office of Martin Lorenzen’s grandmother, was located in the directly adjacent building.

The former part-time farmers from Aukrug and owners of the traditional real estate company Lorenzen acquired the centrally located remaining farm in Wasbek / Rendsburg-Eckernförde district / near NMS a few years ago. The project idea for “smart detached and semi-detached houses” was followed by various discussions with the municipality, the city of Neumünster, the Rendsburg district building authority, a city development office and an architect, among others, until a positive preliminary building application was submitted for the planned property with 7 residential units. Thanks to an interesting offer from a good customer, the project has now been sold for the fall of 2023. Martin and Katrin Lorenzen have further projects in the pipeline, some with their sons Lukas and Philipp or with/for good clients.

Berlin is always worth a visit, so managing directors Katrin and Martin Lorenzen were happy to take the opportunity to gather information, receive further training and socialize at the German Real Estate Day 2023.

In Stockholm, the management of Immobilien Lorenzen, Martin and Katrin Lorenzen with their two sons Lukas and Philipp, were able to gain an impression of how tradition and progress can be combined in Sweden.

With the seal awarded by the German Real Estate Association – certified specialist in agricultural land and forestry – Immobilien Lorenzen / Martin Lorenzen documents its many years of expertise in the marketing of agricultural and forestry land and real estate.

The balcony renovation in the second part of the building was successfully completed under the direction of Immobilien Lorenzen / Martin Lorenzen.

The construction project: new flat roof covering with insulation in Rendsburger Straße was supervised by Immobilien Lorenzen / Martin Lorenzen.

Immobilien Lorenzen / Martin Lorenzen has also met the high standards for DIN EN certification for 2023.

Immobilien Lorenzen welcomes the new condominium community in Hamburg Nienstedten and looks forward to a pleasant cooperation.

Immobilien Lorenzen takes over the letting and management of the residential complex in the “Elchkamp” development area in Norderstedt-Harksheide. These are 18 comfortable rental apartments in a top location. In addition to many incentives, there are terraces and balconies. Particularly noteworthy are the underground parking garage, the elevator and the energy-saving construction and energy supply (KfW 55 standard).

To escape the hectic pre-Christmas period, Immobilien Lorenzen’s Christmas party finally took place on 21.01.2023. All employees took part and enjoyed the exuberant atmosphere after another successful financial year and a promising start to the new year. All nine participants, including the management, used public transport to enjoy a sumptuous meal on the Reeperbahn in Hamburg and a rousing performance of “Schmidts Winterglitzer” at Schmidts Tivoli.
