As a condominium administrator, we take the burden off you as the owner and take care of all matters relating to the management of the common property. Below you can see part of our catalogue of services. In addition to these tasks, we also take on a few others. We always act in accordance with § 27 WEG. As a homeowners’ association, you can extend or restrict our rights and obligations by means of a resolution.

As a tenancy administrator, we take care of the interests of individual condominium owners, which have to be fulfilled vis-à-vis the owners’ association and the tenant. In addition to these tasks, we also take on a number of other tasks that you can agree with us individually in the contract negotiations. The legal basis for our actions is §§ 535 ff. BGB (German Civil Code).
